We usually ship all orders within one business day of being placed. You can choose between two shipping methods during your checkout. Both methods will be presented with their prices and you can choose whichever method is cheapest or faster.

Method 2 - Actual Shipping
For all orders domestic and international, the actual shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart and the current rates from the United States Postal Service (USPS). Many customers find this method costs less for their smaller, lighter orders. You can also use this option to have your order sent more quickly by choosing a faster shipping option. We currently offer the following shipping options from USPS for all domestic destinations:

Returns
We will gladly accept unopened, resellable products within 30 days of your order for a 100% return minus original, actual shipping costs. Call 435-865-7426 or email us at returns@scrapgal.com to let us know about your return. Items must be returned at your expense. We cannot accept returns of out of date merchandise, Magazines and computer software. We will gladly replace defective merchandise. Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement, please email us (returns@scrapgal.com) for instructions.
Damaged Items
Damages which may occur during shipping must be reported to our warehouse (shipping@scrapgal.com) within ten days of receiving your order. Please keep any damaged boxes.
Ownership
Once we receive delivery confirmation from USPS we assume you have taken ownership of the package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages that have been successfully delivered to the address you gave us. Please don't expect ScrapGal to send you a new package or a refund if it gets lost, damaged, or stolen after the package has been delivered by USPS or UPS. With this in mind, please provide a destination address that you are sure is safe and secure.
